Pattaya Hill (Khao Phra Bat) is the best place to get the best view of Pattaya city. The view is most stunning during sunset. There is a radio broadcasting station here which is operated by Thai Navy. There is a black statue here of Jumborn Prince, the father of the Royal Thai army, where a number of people go to respect it every day.
