Pahiyas festival is one of the most colorful festivals in the Philippines. It is celebrated in honor of San Isidro Labrador. Here, the people of Lucban, Quezon decorate their houses with fruits, vegetables and kiping (rice wafers) as a way of showcasing and thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.
At the end of the celebration, the most beautiful and well decorated house is awarded.
