Panagbenga Festival is also known as the Flower Festival. This festival is held in Baguio City, the Summer Capital of the Philippines.
During the Panagbenga Festival, people of Baguio showcase their talents as they prepare their floats, costumes and choreography for the celebration. The highlight of this event is the parade of floats which are fully decorated with flowers.
